What inspired you to start writing? How long have you been writing?

First and foremost I am a traveler. I come from the tiny island of Bermuda -21 sq miles, a mile and a half at its widest point. That alone made me a traveler. I love to go to new places and to observe how people live. I retired in 2014 and became a solo traveler and prior to Covid l have been constantly on the go. Some friends pushed me to write my story so Immersed in West Africa (2019), and A New Day Dawns (2021) are the result!
